Although taking the capsules by mouth and allowing them to be absorbed through the digestive tract is the best method, you may also break open the capsules and mix them with food or drink, preferably warm to allow it to dissolve and mix in with your chosen food or drink.

The side effect profile of A+ Smoker’s Control^® is quite favorable, however even with he safest of medications, interactions may occur. Known interactions include a possible uneasy stomach with narcotic pain medication as well as other substances of abuse such as cocaine, amphetamines, and other opioids (heroin and morphine).

The mechanism of action regarding A+ Smoker’s Control^® ability to cause distaste for cigarettes may also cause an uneasy stomach in people taking narcotic pain medication. If concerned, it is best to “test for tolerance” by taking one capsule of formula one after a meal and checking results. If well tolerated, build up to the recommended dosage by adding one additional capsule per day. If still concerned, please consult with your physician or healthcare provider

The answer is: it depends.  In your A+ Smoker’s Control^® Program you will find three bottles of capsules and one bottle of Aroma Therapy. 

The Aroma Therapy should last quite a while.  We have not had anyone "run out" of the Aroma Therapy.  You need only a few drops per dose.  Most Aroma Therapy products are 1/10th ounce bottles (for as little as $6.95 to as high as $24.95).  We include a full ounce.
Next you will find Formula B:  Nutritional Support Cleanser.  The dose regimen is two capsules three times a day until it is finished.  Nutritional Support Cleanser helps remove nicotine from the body.  There is enough for eight days.  If everything goes as planned, you will be smoke free by that time.  Most of the nicotine in your body is removed in three to five days.
Next you will find Formulas A and C:  Nutritional Support and Nutritional Support Maintenance.  They have the same ingredients.  Why have two bottles with the same ingredients?  Two reasons.  Number one:  packaging.  We didn't want to have one large bottle and one small bottle.  Three similar bottles plus the Aroma Therapy made packaging easier.  Number two:  everyone uses A+ Smoker's Control^® differently.  This is encouraged and is why "Control" is in the name.  The duration of Formulas A and C is six to eight hours (similar to the nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug ibuprofen, also known as Motrin).  We would recommend staying with three times a day dosing.  However you can vary the number of capsules taken per dose.  Initially, follow the guidelines included with your A+ Smoker's Control Program^®.  If you are getting a good response, continue with that dose.  If you need more, increase your dose by one capsule. Reevaluate yourself after three days, consider reducing or increasing your dose as necessary.  Remember, you are in Control.  Many people successfully quit smoking after only three days.  They can hold onto the remaining Formulas A and C "just in case" or even help a friend or relative "try it out."  The shelf life of A+ Smoker's Control^® is well over three years...
So the mathematical answer is at maximum dose of four capsules three times per day for Formulas A and C you will have 10 days. Two capsules three times per day will be 20 days.  The average person will be "smoke free" after seven days.  Smoking cessation experts, including myself, agree you should continue your plan for at least six to eight weeks.  This is why we have the optional 180-count bottle of the Nutritional Support.  You have the Control to quit in three days, seven days, six to eight weeks.  Whatever the duration, A+ Smoker's Control^® is here to help...

Although A+ Smoker’s Control^® is very safe and effective, it is not intended for use in people who are pregnant, thinking of becoming pregnant, or nursing.  It is highly recommended to complete a smoking cessation program prior to these events.
